Accommodation possible from Thursday, 2 July 2026 3 p.m. until Sunday, 12 July 2026 10 a.m.
Due to the capacity of the premises, it is not necessary to book or register in advance.
It is not allowed to enter the premises with passenger cars or campers. Passenger cars may be parked in the designated parking area.
Payment in cash only!
Accommodated visitors may choose one form of identification, either by a wristband or by a hologram sticker placed on any document containing the visitor’s photograph.
Pursuant to the Statutory City of Karlovy Vary Ordinance No. 8/2023, each visitor is required to fill in a registration form. Foreign nationals are obliged to provide information according to Act No. 326/1999 Coll. If the form is not completed, or only partially completed, the visitor cannot be accommodated.
Bring your own tent!! Each tent is required to be marked by the band provided at registration.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, except in designated areas.
It is prohibited to enter the premises with dogs or other pets.
The premises are monitored by a CCTV system.
Presale of tickets for film screenings and other IFF programme is available directly on the premises.
Services:
24/7 reception, showers, refreshments, mobile phone and notebook charging, luggage storage, storage lockers, parking area, bike rental, and bus transport to the festival centre (free of charge) are available. You can also take advantage of the sports premises (in-line track, tennis courts, foot tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, swimming pool, etc.).
